Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and areas across Pakistan, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other towns and remote areas.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays or peak seasons.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of placement
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once your order is dispatched

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available all over Pakistan
  • Please have exact cash ready at the time of delivery
  • COD orders may be confirmed via a phone call before dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer not being available
  • Wrong address provided
  • Order refused at the door

The package may be returned and re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Take clear photos immediately upon receiving
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
